2 Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering a mida555 account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the mida555 platform.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable laws in force at the time of your use of the platform.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration — including your Pakistani mobile number, name, and date of birth — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mida555 or any other gambling platform where such self-exclusion remains in effect.
• You are not a mida555 employee, contractor, agent, or a family member or cohabitant of any such person.

mida555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mida555 may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending verification.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

mida555 accepts deposits from Pakistan players via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa card, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit, though mida555 may impose temporary limits on accounts subject to KYC review.
• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). mida555 charges zero platform fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your mida555 account within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours.
• mida555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits may be refused and returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• mida555 will not accept deposits that appear to originate from criminal activity. Any deposits suspected of being proceeds of crime will be frozen and reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

6 Bonus and Promotional Terms

mida555 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to eligible Pakistan players, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, HBL PSL cricket specials, Eid bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount (specific promotions may carry higher requirements as stated in individual promotional terms).
• Only Real Money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded from wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion for applicable game restrictions.
• mida555 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus at any time without prior notice in cases where abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Players may opt out of bonus programmes by contacting mida555 support before accepting a bonus offer. Once a bonus has been credited and play has commenced, the bonus cannot be returned or reversed.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotional terms state a different validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from account balances.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new mida555 registrants making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who self-exclude and later reactivate their accounts are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mida555 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one mida555 account for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension or claiming multiple Welcome Bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial assistance tool to interact with the mida555 platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics, share information in live games, or coordinate betting strategies designed to defraud mida555 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, display errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of errors are void.
• Any form of money laundering — using the mida555 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds as part of a scheme to conceal the criminal origin of money.
• Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or registering with false documentation.
• Abuse of the mida555 bonus system, including placing opposing bets to reduce risk on a bonus balance, or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.

mida555 reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where prohibited conduct is suspected. Suspended accounts will be subject to full investigation, and players will be notified of the outcome in writing via their registered contact details.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

mida555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at mida555.games/privacy-policy. By registering a mida555 account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing principles include:

• Personal data collected during registration (including your Pakistani mobile number, name, and date of birth) is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, and communication purposes.
• Financial data related to your PKR deposits and withdrawals is used solely to process transactions and maintain regulatory compliance records.
• mida555 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting mida555 support. Deletion requests are subject to mandatory data retention obligations under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mida555 limits its liability as follows:

• mida555 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if mida555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• mida555 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider errors that prevent access to or use of the platform.
• mida555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. mida555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.
• mida555's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or 10,000 PKR, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mida555's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mida555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of these terms, along with the effective date, will always be displayed on this page at mida555.games/terms-and-conditions.

For material amendments that significantly affect player rights or obligations, mida555 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered player's contact details before the new terms take effect. For minor amendments — including clarifications, corrections, and formatting changes — the updated terms take effect upon publication without prior notice.

Continued use of the mida555 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the mida555 platform before the new terms take effect and contact support to request account closure.
